Alex Garcia, President of G7 Construction Services, and HOME XTREME, INC., has a highly diversified background as a business owner and manager. As a third generation builder, Alex has many years of valuable, “hands-on” field experience.

Inheriting a sense of ingenuity, mechanical aptitude, and an inquisitive nature from his father, Alex joined the family business at the age of 20, beginning as a laborer and later proving himself as the Senior Estimator. His abilities, coupled with his motivation and drive for success, led him to begin his own Construction Company on the West Coast of Florida.

With Alex as the driving force behind the growth and success of Alexander Development, exceeding gross sales of $30m annually, his solid reputation, outstanding networking capabilities and extraordinary ability to negotiate, paved the road for his recognition as one of the “Top 10 Premier Builders of the West Coast.”

 

Alex brings over 32 years of expertise to both G7 Construction Services, Inc., and HOME XTREME, INC., overseeing all facets of the day to day operations, as well as the overall prosperity and continued development of the company.
